G2Mi's Transaction Data service provides a comprehensive database of M&A deals, private equity/venture capital investments, rights deals and partnerships in the global media, telecoms and technology industries.

The database can be searched using a wide range of keyword and defined search criteria (such as date, sector, geography and transaction type).  Each transaction record contains information on all the transaction participants, description of the involved businesses and financial information (where available).

Subscribers can search for all the transactions where an individual company has been involved or search for deals in a particular country or sector.

Results can be downloaded in Excel, html or pdf format.

The database is updated on a daily basis.  At present, it contains data from from 2010 onwards (prior years are in the process of being added).
