Roger Wireless
Rogers Wireless offers wireless voice and data communications services to approximately 9.4 million subscribers under 3 brands: Rogers Wireless, chatr and Fido (2012). It provides a number of wireless data services, including mobile access to the Internet, wireless email, digital picture and video transmission, mobile video, music downloads, video calling and SMS. The company holds about 34% market share in this segment and is the only national carrier on GSM, HSPA+ and LTE platforms.
Rogers Cable
Rogers Cable provides cable television services, high-speed Internet access and telephony services. It also provides facilities-based telecommunications to businesses. It has approximately 2.2 million basic cable subscribers and 5.2 million cable service units (2012). The company also provides next generation IP solutions for enterprises which have about 15,000 business customers.
Rogers Media
Rogers Media is involved in radio and television broadcasting, consumer and trade publishing, home shopping services (via television), and Rogers Sports Entertainment. It also delivers content over the Internet and conducts e-commerce relating to its broadcasting and publishing properties. Its offerings include Multistation City and OMNI TV networks, 4 Sportsnet regional TV networks and national Sportsnet ONE channel. It also operates 55 radio stations and publishes more than 50 magazines and trade publications. Its portfolio also consists of a national televised shopping network.
