Mint Wireless Ltd, founded in 2006, provides mobile payment solutions and portable data storage devices in Australia.

 

Mint (Aust) Private Ltd 

The company operates a portable payment and invoicing system -- a software application for Microsoft Windows or BlackBerry smart phones that includes a pocket-sized printer and card reader.  Mint (Aust) is responsible for the Mint Portable Payment system, a portable system that is loaded onto a PDA or smart phone enabling a mobile business to accept and process all types of payments, including credit cards.

 

Mint Trading Private Ltd

Mint Trading offers telecommunications accessories and audiovisual and computing products in Australia and New Zealand.  The company distributes South East Asian brands such as A-data (flash memory products) and Aiptek (digital photo frames, video cameras and graphic tablets).  Mint Trading also distributes its own STASH brand (multi-chargers, replacement batteries and Bluetooth accessories).

 

In the year to end-June 2011, Mint Wireless Ltd achieved revenues of AUD 11.7 million (annual decline of 11%) and a net loss of AUD 2.3 million.
