Airtel Congo is telecom services provider based in republic of Congo. In June 2010, Celtel was purchased by Bharti Airtel from Zain and it was rebranded as Airtel. The company is one of the largest operators with over 43% of the mobile market share (Q4 2011). It also had 1.68 million mobile subscribers (Q4 2011). It launched its first 3G services in Oct 2011. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian telecom group Bharti Airtel.
