True Corporation Public Company Limited

True Corporation Public company Limited (formerly Telecom Asia Corporation Public Company Limited) is a telecom services provider based in Thailand. Established 1990, the company primarily operates in providing integrated telecommunication services including mobile, broadband, fixed line and pay TV. The group is backed by the Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), which holds 64.26% stake in the company.

 

As of December 2012, the company has 21 million wireless subscriptions, 1.8 million wireline and 1.6 million broadband subscriptions.  

  

For the year ended December 2012, the company generated THB 89,382 million in revenue (annual growth of 24.2%) and incurred THB 7,428 million in net loss.
