 Pegasus Publishing SA, founded in 1981, is a publishing company in Greece.  It prints and distributes newspapers, magazines and books, organises events and offers television production services.  The company operates through subsidiaries such as Anosi Productions SA (produces video clips, television shows and music programmes), Television Enterprises SA (operates television studios) and Teletypos SA (controls the Mega private television network).

Print
The company publishes daily and weekly newspapers and monthly, bi-monthly and annual magazines.  Its publications concentrate on economics, women’s issues, television, travel, health, cars and home decor.  Major publications include Ethnos, Elle, Imerisia, TV Zapping, Max, Armonia, Voyager, Loipon, Close Up and Sporty Jr. 

Online 
Pegasus Publishing provides online versions of all its publications and various other online media services. 

Broadcasting
The company operates in television broadcasting through Teletypos SA, which operates Mega television channel.  Mega reaches all TV households in Greece.

Other
The company offers pre-press services such as online format, layout and photo adjustment, press distribution, printing and binding, audio text services and outdoor advertising. 

In the year to end-December 2011, Pegasus Publishing achieved revenues of EUR 111.2 million (annual decline of 31.5%) and net loss of EUR 37.95 million.
