MDC Partners Inc., a Canadian holding company founded in 1980, provides marketing communications services through two divisions: Strategic Marketing Services (SMS) and Performance Marketing Services.  Its marketing communication and consulting services include advertising, interactive marketing, direct marketing, database and customer relationship management, sales promotion, corporate communications and other related services.  The company is primarily active in the US, Canada, Europe, Jamaica, the Philippines and Mexico. 

In the year to end December 2012, MDC Partners Inc achieved revenues of CAD 1,070 million (annual growth of 13.9%) and net loss of CAD 79.4 million.
